IN exercising the authority given by subsection 47(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], the Minister has appointed Professor Dr. Mohd Nazri bin Kama as Personal Data Protection Commissioner effective from 15 June 2023 to 7 May 2025.
