- Registration Fee
- Payment of the registration fee must be made within 21 days at the registration counter after the applicant receives the registration approval email and bring the receipt slip with them.
- Registration Certificate will be provided after payment of registration fee is cleared.
- Data users belonging to two or more groups of data users must register separately.
- The validity period of registration is 1 to 2 years from the date the application is approved. A registration renewal reminder will be sent by email to the Data User concerned, 3 months before the expiry date of the registration certificate.
- The annual registration fee rate charged is based on the type of business as below

Data Users will make payment of registration fees, renewals, replacements and certified true copies done entirely electronically.
Therefore, 13 groups of Data Users who have registered, renewed certificates, replacements and certified copies are valid under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 700] as stated in the Personal Data Protection Order (Groups of Data Users) 2013 [P.U.(A) 336] and the Personal Data Protection (Group of Data Users) (Amendment) Order 2016 [P.U.(A) 336] can make payment on the Personal Data Protection System (SPDP) application through the following link https://daftar.pdp.gov.my/

The payment of the registration fee as a Data User is charged annually and can be paid according to the period desired by the Data User is limited between one (1) to two (2) years Registration renewal reminder will be sent by email to the Data User, 3 months before the date end of registration certificate.
