OFFICE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION COMMISSIONER’S INVESTIGATION PAPER PREPARATION AND MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

The Investigation and Investigation Paper Management Workshop was held on 8 August to 10 August 2024 at Imperial Heritage, Melaka.

The objective of this workshop is to provide exposure to officers from the aspects of receiving reports, investigation techniques, and then preparing a complete investigation paper (IP). Participants were exposed to the correct modus operandi and guidelines as well as legal references and accurate sources of authority.

This workshop is also accompanied by group practical training.

This workshop has involved a total of 21 officers from the Monitoring Division of the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commissioner. The closing ceremony was completed by YBrs. Professor Dr. Mohd Nazri bin Kama, Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

In his speech, he also hoped that this workshop could improve everyone’s skills and knowledge in an effort to ensure integrity and effectiveness in every aspect of investigation management and improved knowledge.
