DISCUSSION OF ONE LEADER ONE VILLAGE PROGRAM (SANTUNI MADANI)
YBrs. Professor Dr. Mohd Nazri bin Kama, Director General and Personal Data Protection Commissioner has come to the field to meet the residents of Kampung Pekan Lama, Sungkai, Perak on 5 September 2024.
This village has been selected in the One Leader One Village Program (Santuni MADANI) which is the birthplace of YBrs. Prof. Dr. Mohd Nazri bin Kama.
This discussion is a method in an effort to increase the potential of the village and the ability of the community through direct monitoring and involvement to identify socioeconomic problems and the needs of the villagers. In addition, this visit can also enrich the attitude of the leader who is always polite and a role model for the villagers.
Among the contents of this visit is a joint discussion with Village Heads in Sungkai Subdistrict as well as a visit to Sungkai National School and Sungkai National Secondary School. As a result of this visit, several issues have been identified including infrastructure issues that need to be improved.
A heartfelt thank you to the Village Heads in Mukim Sungkai for the cooperation given to the leaders to strengthen efforts and initiatives towards the progress and well-being of the villagers in particular.
