Provide technical support services, systems and advisory services regarding the implementation of ICT to the members of the Personal Data Protection Commissioner Office.

Promote the Personal Data Protection Commissioner Office program policies and activities towards building a positive image through strategic and effective promotion and publicity planning.

Management Services Section

Management Services Section

Manage matters related to administration, human resources, staffing and finance of the PDP Commissioner's Office. Manage and supervise the assets of the PDP Department and the PDP Commissioner's Office are administered regularly based on the rules and circulars that are set.

Data Controller Affairs Section

Data Controller Affairs Section

Coordinate and monitor matters related to Data User Affairs as provided in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709]. Planning, managing and implementing public awareness through education, and advocacy related to Act 709.

Policy and International Relations Section

Implement and coordinate matters related to personal data protection policies at national and international levels. Improve the amendment of related acts and regulations Act and assist the PDP Commissioner in making consultations at the international level.

Legal Division

Legal Division

Providing legal services to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commissioner covering legal advice, drafting laws, reviewing legal documents and handling prosecution cases.
